These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your purchases from Savariyaan Technocraft Pvt. Ltd. (“Savariyaan”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to create an account or place an order. Purchases from our boys' range should be made by a parent or guardian.
Your account
- Please give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
- You can ask us to close your account at any time.
Products
- We make every effort to show products, fabrics and colours accurately, but colours can look different on different screens.
- Handcrafted pieces — including zardozi, zari, thread, pearl and sequin work — are made by hand, so small variations in embroidery, placement and finish are part of their character and are not defects.
- Please check our Size Guide before ordering. Our team is happy to help with sizing.
- Products are subject to availability.
Prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.
- Prices may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once payment is successfully received, or once our team confirms an order placed on WhatsApp or email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, we cannot deliver to your PIN code, or we suspect fraud — and any amount paid will then be refunded in full to the original payment method.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely by our authorised payment partner and are subject to their terms. We do not store your card or banking details. If an amount is debited but your order fails, your bank or payment provider usually reverses it automatically; contact us if it does not appear within the period your bank specifies.
Alterations and customisation
Where we offer alterations, tailoring to measure or customisation (for example on suits, sherwanis or ethnic sets), the agreed details will be confirmed with you before work begins. Altered or customised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged, defective or not as agreed.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns, exchanges and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
Using the website
You agree not to:
- use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or place orders you do not intend to pay for;
- attempt to access other customers' accounts or data, or interfere with the website's security;
- copy, scrape or reproduce website content or product listings in bulk without our permission.
Intellectual property
The Savariyaan name and logo, our designs, product images, illustrations and website content belong to Savariyaan Technocraft Pvt. Ltd. and may not be used without our written permission.
Third-party services
The website links to services such as WhatsApp and our payment partner. Those services are run by their own providers under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on the website when you place an order applies to that order.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. Otherwise, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
Grievance Officer and contact
If you have a question, complaint or request about your data or an order, please contact our Grievance Officer. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
