This Privacy Policy explains how Savariyaan Technocraft Pvt. Ltd. (“Savariyaan”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit this website, create an account or place an order with us. It is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address and password when you create an account. Passwords are stored only in a securely hashed form — we never store or see your actual password.
- Delivery and contact details: mobile number, delivery address, city and PIN code that you enter at checkout or save in your account.
- Order details: the products, sizes, colours, quantities and amounts of your orders, and any notes you add.
- Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp, email or phone, for example about an order, sizing or alterations.
Information collected automatically
- A login cookie that keeps you signed in, and your cart, which is saved in your own browser (see “Cookies and browser storage” below).
- Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, recorded by our hosting providers for security and to keep the website running.
Information from our partners
- The payment status and transaction reference for online payments, returned by our payment partner.
- Delivery status from our courier partners.
Payment information
Online payments are processed by our authorised payment partner on their secure platform. We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
Cookies and browser storage
- Login cookie (essential): when you log in we set one secure cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It contains only a random identifier, cannot be read by scripts on the page, and is removed when you log out.
- Cart (browser storage): the items in your cart are saved in your browser's local storage so they are still there when you come back. This stays on your device and is not sent to us until you place an order.
- We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time; you will then be logged out and your cart emptied.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and keep it secure.
- To process, deliver and support your orders, including payments, alterations, returns and refunds.
- To contact you about your orders by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- To send account emails such as password-reset links.
- To prevent fraud and misuse, including limiting repeated failed login attempts.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decisions that significantly affect you, and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only as needed to run our service, with:
- our payment partner, to process online payments;
- courier and logistics partners, to deliver your orders;
- website hosting, database and email service providers, who store and process data on our behalf;
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us or place an order through it, under WhatsApp's own terms;
- government or law-enforcement authorities, where required by law.
Our service providers may process data in India or in other countries. We work only with providers that apply appropriate security measures, and we remain responsible for your data.
How we protect it
The website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, passwords are hashed, login sessions end when you log out, and access to customer data is restricted to people who need it to fulfil orders. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities of a personal data breach as required by law.
How long we keep it
- Account details: for as long as your account is active, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Order and payment records: for as long as required by tax, accounting and consumer protection laws.
- Login sessions: up to 30 days. Records of failed login attempts: up to 24 hours.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update your data — you can edit your saved details yourself under My Account;
- have your data erased, unless we must keep it by law (for example, order records for tax purposes);
- withdraw your consent, though we may then be unable to provide some services such as your account;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity;
- raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if it is not resolved.

Children
This website is intended for adults. Our boys' range should be purchased by a parent or guardian, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed, and significant changes will be highlighted on the website.

If you have a question, complaint or request about your data or an order, please contact our Grievance Officer. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
